AlliedUP Co-op was founded to bring a new approach to healthcare staffing and recruitment. Thanks to our collective bargaining agreement (CBA) we are owned by our worker-members, allowing us to do more for healthcare professionals as well as the clients we serve. AlliedUP Co-op is a pioneering staffing company that focuses on healthcare workers and clients achieving professional and business goals – as well as desirable patient outcomes. We serve candidates and clients across California and around the country, providing temporary, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and managed solutions staffing services.
