One of the main reasons I truly believe AlliedUP Co-op is a great opportunity as an RN is because of its foundation as a worker-owned cooperative. It is always looking out for my benefit and values my work as a healthcare professional. I’ve had the privilege to experience myself the great salary, benefits, and professional support they provide at every moment.
I chose to work with AlliedUP Co-op because they know how to work with their employees. They are flexible, and they provide great benefits based on your preference, and work alongside you as a team rather than just an employer. Communication is one of strongest qualities this company has to offer. Questions and concerns sent via text, email, or phone can expect to hear back within one business day. The recruitment process was also very easy, and they support you every step of the way. I am so very grateful to have the opportunity to work with AlliedUP Co-op’s team.
Contract nursing has always been something that has crossed my mind even before the pandemic hit over 2 years ago. It wasn’t until I was on Indeed.com that I came across a job listing for a local contract from AlliedUP Co-op. Within one day of submitting my application, I received a call from Shane Potter for a quick phone interview, and this is where the seamless onboarding process took place. Within a couple of days of submitting my required documentation, my clinical profile was sent over to the hospital for review; not kidding, the next day, I received a call back from Mr. Potter with acceptance and job offer.
Many of my fellow colleagues who are travel nurses often complain about the lengthy process and time it takes with travel agencies regarding the onboarding process. However, AlliedUP Co-op made the process so simple and easy that I wish I would have started the process much sooner.
After starting my first day, I received a follow-up call and messages from Mr. Potter checking to see if everything was going well at the hospital. It is and has been such a great experience, and the customer service is hands-down incredible. So amazing that I even referred over a few of my fellow nurse friends who have all since been onboarded and started with AlliedUP Co-op, all within a week of me starting. This alone proves the capabilities of AlliedUP Co-op to onboard and get nurses started in such a short time.
I would like to thank Shane Potter and everyone at AlliedUP Co-op for making my first experience within the travel/local contact experience such an amazing experience.
I feel very blessed to be able to work with AlliedUP Co-op, grow in the field, and use what I’ve learned as a MA. I strive to be the best, and AlliedUP Co-op has given me the ability to continue my schooling while working, and I’ve been very thankful to have that great opportunity.
