As our population ages and current professionals retire, California faces a healthcare worker (HCW) shortage estimated at over 500,000 in 2024. In collaboration our SEIU-UHW and Futuro Health partners, our goal is to create an ecosystem to recruit, train, and employ the next generation of caregivers and meet healthcare worker demands of the future. Our partnership provides full-circle education to work and upskilling opportunities.
