allied healthcare jobs
Solving the HCW shortage crisis.
As our population ages and current professionals retire, California faces a healthcare worker (HCW) shortage estimated at over 500,000 by 2024. In collaboration our SEIU-UHW and Futuro Health partners, our goal is to create an ecosystem to recruit, train, and employ the next generation of caregivers and meet healthcare worker demands of the future. Our partnership provides full-circle education to work and upskilling opportunities.
The benefits of union representation.
AlliedUP Co-op is a healthcare staffing provider spearheading a unique, alternative model for the healthcare industry: the worker-member owned union cooperative. AlliedUP’s partnership with the SEIU-UHW represents an innovative collaboration designed to forge a new frontier of unionized labor in the healthcare staffing industry and providing AlliedUP’s workforce with the kinds of salary and benefits never otherwise seen as independent professionals. It is a difference that is unmatched nationwide and we are proud to have them as our partners.
