Contract nursing has always been something that has crossed my mind even before the pandemic hit over 2 years ago. It wasn’t until I was on Indeed.com that I came across a job listing for a local contract from AlliedUP Co-op. Within one day of submitting my application, I received a call from Shane Potter for a quick phone interview, and this is where the seamless onboarding process took place. Within a couple of days of submitting my required documentation, my clinical profile was sent over to the hospital for review; not kidding, the next day, I received a call back from Mr. Potter with acceptance and job offer.

Many of my fellow colleagues who are travel nurses often complain about the lengthy process and time it takes with travel agencies regarding the onboarding process. However, AlliedUP Co-op made the process so simple and easy that I wish I would have started the process much sooner.

After starting my first day, I received a follow-up call and messages from Mr. Potter checking to see if everything was going well at the hospital. It is and has been such a great experience, and the customer service is hands-down incredible. So amazing that I even referred over a few of my fellow nurse friends who have all since been onboarded and started with AlliedUP Co-op, all within a week of me starting. This alone proves the capabilities of AlliedUP Co-op to onboard and get nurses started in such a short time.

I would like to thank Shane Potter and everyone at AlliedUP Co-op for making my first experience within the travel/local contact experience such an amazing experience.
