It’s about serving workers first.

about-image-1

It started with an idea of how to build a legacy for a population of workers who are by majority people of color with up to 76% of all workers in some States being women of color. A legacy that would provide equity based upon hours worked translated into annual dividends for workers who were afforded the opportunity to be owners.

It’s about inclusivity and equity.

Our goal of inclusivity allows us to work towards overcoming workforce inequalities across race, gender, age and sexual orientation through providing a support community based upon the values of inclusivity, integrity, compassion and value for all.

It’s today’s inclusive model to support demand.

The average allied healthcare worker is 35 years old, and healthcare graduates are declining year over year as recent generations have opted to attend four-year colleges. Future generations of workers and our client hospitals and health care systems will rely on healthcare staffing companies to do better, and be better — creating community ecosystems that benefit through the harvesting of annual dividends by owners.
